Our client, a highly successful creative retail brand is looking for a friendly, energetic, immediately available Executive Assistant to look after their Global Head of Legal, Global Head of Finance and Head of Product. All 3 are part of the senior leadership team and you’ll be supporting them in their busy day to day lives, keeping things running a smooth and organised manner, and handling confidential info with care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, calls, and events
- Booking travel and accommodation (often last-minute)
- Running personal errands and handling ad-hoc tasks
- Putting together Presentations
- Liaising with global teams and internal stakeholders
About You:
- Previous experience as a PA/EA to either Legal or Finance advantageous.
- Good PowerPoint Skills
- Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail
- Fun and friendly personality
- Discretion and professionalism are a must
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy with a “can-do” attitude
We’re looking for someone super switched on, proactive, calm under pressure, and able to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding. You must be immediately available.
